Free within Ho Chi Minh City within 10 km from Tan Binh headquarters (Districts 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 10, 11, Binh Thanh, Go Vap, Phu Nhuan, Tan Phu, Binh Tan, Tan Binh).
In addition, customers can get free shipping according to promotions or discounts when notified by the company.
Delivery time
Bien Phuong commits to process orders as soon as possible by using the best shipping units. However, shipping time depends on the customer's geographical area as well as other objective conditions. Please note that receiving goods may be later than expected due to unexpected factors such as bad weather or natural disasters.
Packaging
For cold goods: the product will be packaged in a foam box (mousse) to keep the product cold and best preserve it during transportation.
For dry goods: products will be sent by a reputable and guaranteed delivery service or sent by a freight forwarder (carrier), ensuring that the product reaches the customer safely and without damage.
